Initially projects are sorted according to descending order of overall assessment score and; 'Projects budgets' equal or below the available budget.
Then those projects should display as included projects and the included projects will be displayed in 'Green'. Included projects will also move to the top of the project list.
If user selects more projects other than the above already selected projects in which the project budget is greater than the available budget, then those projects will be displayed in 'Yellow' and move to the top of the project list.
If user selects the projects which are less than the minimum score then they will be displayed in 'Red'.
All projects not included, which are within the score and available budget will be displayed in 'Orange'.
